Yesterday we had our family festival at St Mary’s Greasbrough. Our theme this year was “Celebrating Nature”. Families were able to come along and join in with the activities. Children painted rocks, made bug hotels, decorated paper plant pots and planted cress seeds within, painted pictures with paints made from flowers and weeds, made an “Art Attack” style large cross, completed a scavenger hunt and listened to stories from our team of volunteers, using Out of the Box. We were really pleased with how the day went and the number of families exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to next time!
